For Move-Out cleaning, please ensure that all furniture, garbage, debris, etc. EVERYTHING is removed from the house. If it's a Move-In cleaning, we prefer to clean prior to you moving in, this allows us to do a thorough cleaning (getting into the nooks and crannies) without having to move any furniture etc. House should be EMPTY for both Move In/Out cleaning.
Appointment confirmations are sent once the deposit is received and contract is signed. Booking deposits needs to be receive a minimum of 72 hours prior to cleaning (e.g. if you are booked for a Friday cleaning, deposit must be received before end of day on Tuesday). Failing to pay the deposit and sign the contract will mean that you do not have confirmation and you do not have a cleaning appointment. If your cleaning is required in less than a day, immediate payment of the deposit is requried.
You can call or send an email to cancel your appointment, these are the only two acceptable ways to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours before your cleaning appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, (e.g. if you're booked for cleaning on a Thursday and you cancel on the Wednesday, you will lose your deposit).
Yes, you are required to pay a deposit of Fifty Percent (50%) of the total estimated cleaning cost. This deposit needs to be paid not less than 72 hours prior to the requested appointment time, unless other arrangements have been made with us. Payment can be made via e-mail transfer (clean@belleairehousecleaners.ca), PayPal as well as online at GoDaddy Pay-Link. Balance of payment is required on the day of cleaning, during the walk-through before the start of the cleaning. Emergency cleaning (appointments booked less than two (2) days prior to cleaning) are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
No, we prefer that there be no one (including no pets) home when we're cleaning. You can meet us at the home to open it and do the walk through and then return to do the inspection and close up the home after we've completed the cleaning.
No, we provide our own cleaning supplies. Only if you have a specific brand or type of cleaner that you would prefer us to use, then you can supply your own.
